  1. @zheri,

YOU pay attention, you big poopyhead! 😉

Subotic may become eligible for the German Nats on a technicality. This has already been discussed previously and you should know that by now.

    The end!!!

    Nyah nyah nyah!

    Pbbbsfffffst!

  2. looks like no one said anything about the brescia game after the 2-1 score but danny had a left footed shot from outside the 18 in the 91st minute, but put it a little high… They tied it 2 minutes later so a good finish to a good game. 2-2

You pay attention. He’s not eligible due to Fifa rules. At the time he appeared for the US Youth National Team he was eligible for Serbia, Bosnia, and the US of A. You cannot switch to a team you were not eligible for when you appeared for another NT. Hence, his options are the US, Serbia and Bosnia.

  4. Fantastic work by Arsenal results in two more goals – one by Van Persie for the brace, and another by Denilson. Arsenal are playing beautiful football.

3-0 Gunners with about ten minutes to go, and the deficit would be much greater if not for some impressive saves by Shay Given. (“There’s only one…”)

  5. Why are Stoke playing Birmingham? I’m not a huge follower of European soccer, but I do know the Birmingham were relegated last season, and Stoke promoted.

  6. Given with a GREAT save to stop van Persie from scoring on a free kick.

Arsenal have been awarded 2 free kicks in great position on what is, in my opinion, minimal contact.

  7. Arsenal go up 1-0 against Newcastle on a penalty be van Persie, the penalty given on a unintentional handball in the box.

It’s a harsh penalty in my view, as the player was turning away at the time. Still, they had another penalty shout earlier in the game, so I don’t complain too too much.

  8. That was a cheap handball on Newcastle. There can’t be intent if you aren’t even looking at the ball. Shouldn’t have been given.

  9. Cosmos Forever,

You either hate West Ham, or don’t understand football. Your post could not have been further from reality.

  13. Ashton will hopefully score 15+ goals this year. For my fantasy teams sake I’m kinda depending on him to have a decent year.

  14. I know that West Ham’s up 2-1 in the first half, but they are going to be terrible this year. Slow leaky defense and hardly any skilled players. I still don’t understand the folks that call for Ashton to have a place on the England team.

  15. Does anyone know if Goltv will be back on with DishNetwork. that’s the main reason i got dishnetwork instead of comcast because comcast doesnt carry goltv in my area. Now dishnetwork doesnt have a contract with goltv anymore and I don’t know if they are trying to work it out.

  16. Christ Bremen look dismal and this is coming from a Bremen supporter. If we continue to play like that we will out of the CL in the group stages and not even come close to winning the league
