  1. Liverpool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is going through thanks to second half goals from Babel, Riera and N’gog.

We get to play Sporting Lisbon. Should be easy as pie. Sucks for Atletico Madrid as they have to play Barcelona.

  2. Charlie would be perfect in France. With good midfield service, he can use his speed as his main key. Could grab 8-10 goals for the remaining part of the season.

  3. Drogba did more in his first 12 min. than most strikers do in a half. He is indispensible to Chelsea’s chances in the league or in the CL. If he can keep healthy and keep his head on straight, he will make the difference for them. Anelka is OK but he disappears in the bigger games vs. tougher defenses.

  4. Not the best day to be playing in Athens…good to see Marseille fan released from Madrid jail…good pace to this Chelsea-Cluj game…and I barely recognize anyone on the Barca starting 11 today.
