Free symposium on soccer injuries set for Monday in New Jersey

If you are a soccer player, coach or parent in the New Jersey/New York/Connecticut/Pennsylvania area who has always want to know more about how to manage and prevent soccer-related injuries, a special event slated for Monday evening could help provide the information you have been looking for.

The Tri-State Soccer Medical Symposium is taking place on Monday at 7 p.m. in West Orange, New Jersey. A free educational program for soccer injuries and prevential, the symposium features some of the leading figures in sports and soccer medicine. The event will also feature U.S. national team legends Tab Ramos and Claudio Reyna, who are both featured speakers at the symposium.

The symposium will take place at Mayfair Farms (481 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, NJ). To register for the event, send an email to TriStateSoccer@gmail.com.

  5. oh wow…I hope Reyna can also teach everyone that move in the Ghana game at WC ’06. Important to prevent injuries by laying down on the field and allowing the opposition to score in the most important game of the tournament thusfar. I assume he will also be talking about how to get a guaranteed contract so that you can still get paid exorbitant amounts of money to do nothing but re-injure yourself and sit on the sidelines.
