Michael Orozco scored the lone goal of the Americans Abroad contingent this weekend when he netted in San Luis' 3-1 loss to Santos. Orozco's 83rd minute goal prevented a shut-out defeat as he got on the end of a cross and beautifully headed the ball past infamous Oswaldo Sanchez.

Midfielder Maurice Edu continued his string of successive starts with Rangers as he got the nod in their crucial league tilt with Heart of Midlothian. Edu, who enjoyed his fourth straight start, went 90 minutes in the 2-0 win.

It was not all positive this weekend, however. Michael Bradley and Borussia Moenchengladbach fell, 2-1, to Bayern Munich on Saturday, which leaves the club in the drop zone of the German Bundesliga and three points away from safety.
