  1. KC – Columbus is missing Marshall & Rogers for the Gold Cup.

Hesmer should still be in the net, and Moreno ought to start again after sitting out the RBNY game (he played for Venezeula in the middle of that week).

    Columbus will probably go with:

    ——-Moreno ——
    ————— GBS———-

    Ekpo ———- Oughton ———– Gaven
    ————- Carroll —————–

    Padula — O’Rourke — Brunner — Hejduk

    ————- Hesmer —————-

Though it’s possible that Oughton stays on the bench, O’Rourke partners with Carroll in the midfield, and Iro goes into the back.

  2. Ives, you’re KILLING me with this Angel vs anyone business. ANGEL IS NOT GOOD, anymore. He’s lost all his talent, can’t finish any of his chances, and he just doesn’t give a crap. And you can tell he doesn’t care by the way he plays. He’s careless. The ball will be punted to the player next to him, and he’ll just watch it.

How about some Zimmerman, or Mac matchups. THEY are good.

  5. DC without Quaranta, Emilio, Moreno and Jakovic. Who are the Crew missing aside from Marshall? Might be a little too tough a task for United.

  6. The Crew faces their old foe on the 4th, should be a great game. I can’t wait to see if the Massive Club can return to their spot atop the conference they held nearly all of last year.
