The next chapter in the Hull City saga takes place as the Tigers try to climb out of the relegation zone when they play Burnley. With speculation swirling over Brown's future, and with Altidore's role with the club uncertain, this match is surely going to be one to keep an eye on.

Which Americans Abroad match are you most looking forward to? Which player(s) do you see having a big impact? Think Altidore will get the start this weekend? Who will win between Howard and Friedel?
Share your thoughts below.
I believe that Freddy Adu might be in the doghouse at the moment.
After he got injured he hasn’t played since and I think he did something to get punished.
He lost his place on the 18 for a Portuguese Cup game at the last minute and he mentioned that he had to work his way back into it. He has but hasn’t gotten playing time these last two games.
Urgh WHY do I keep watching these damn Belenenses games?
Definitely, and Spector looked good against Arsenal. His throw in led to the tieing penalty in that match and I can’t remember anything bad going happening down his flank, which is nice considering he plays on the same side as Clichy( at least when they’re facing each other).
I think the West Ham – Sunderland match will be pretty good… hopefully the hammers can take advantage of that little bit of momentum from the Arsenal match last week!
“__________ is out injured.”
Yikes.
Is Whitbread recovered from his hip surgery? You don’t list him as injured. It would be awesome if he’s finally ready to play and does get in. Maybe he would get a call-up to the USMNT for the upcoming qualifiers….We need the depth.
All of our starting XI for the MNT should be starting for the clubs. This Bud goes out to them eventually earning a starting spot…
Actually, I think he meant to write brouhaha.
Why on earth would you say his role with the club is uncertain? Nothing has changed. He’s a backup striker trying to make a mark. He did himself a disservice by being late, an unprofessional move, but that’s about it. He has done decently when he’s seen the field.
I don’t think he was injured for their cup game — SBI said he was on the bench but DNP.
Pittman says he is fit. Hopefully he can play tomorrow.

From what I heard, Adu was out injured last weekend. Is there any word on whether he’s okay to play today?
Kerfuffle? haven’t heard that one in a while….
Sorry, here’s the link: http://www.rangers.premiumtv.co.uk/article/injured-pair-on-mend-20091029_2254024_1840474
Ask and you shall receive. Sounds like he had a minor set back but is scheduled to be back in “full training” next week, playing by mid-Nov.
oops….
Sky reported he’d return to full training this week. But it’s Sky, so…
is there a time table on edu’s return? he must be getting close
“Think Altidore will get the start this weekend?” Well, he wasn’t starting before he showed up late on game day, so I doubt he’ll start in the first match after the whole kerfuffle. A 15 minute runaround? Maybe.
