UEFA Champions League: Your Running Commentary

Uefacl

Match Day Five of the UEFA Champions League group stage concludes today with at least two more places in the Round of 16 set to be filled.

AC Milan takes on Marseille in the day's most high-profile and important match, with Milan being able to secure a second-round place with a win. Marseille, which only trails Milan by a point, can keep control of its own destiny with a win.

Bayern Munich is on the verge of elimination and will need a win and a Juventus loss to Bordeaux to keep alive its slim hopes of advancing out of the group stage.

  1. Got a glimpse of the Real match and can see one big problem right away. Their mid-field engine Kaka’ is playing horribly. He was easily dispossessed and seldom connected with attackers or other mids.

  2. I’d love to have a good stream. Seems like a good time (err, defense) for Jozy to knock one in. Even a dinky goal would be good for his confidence.
