Haven’t been watching much of La Liga this year but Jozy and Marco Ruben appeared to be the only forwards on the bench for Villareal yesterday. Is Jozy ahead of Ruben in the pecking order?

Milan will always get worked like this as long as they keep everyone on they’re team over the age of 30. They’re all too old. Plus real Madrid are the best team in the world at this moment in the season

The commentators on FSC are cracking me up. They keep criticizing Real for not scoring a third and “decisive” goal. Uh, why not cast your aspersions upon the geriatrics on the field for Milan?

I always enjoy analyzing CR9’s body language on the field toward his teammates. Usually (and especially w/Portugal), it can be summed up pretty succinctly as “God, I’m good. I wish the rest of these blowhards could even think about touching my sh*t.” But I think watching him with the new Galacticos, he realizes he’s got some serious company. He seems to connect to them on a talent-to-talent level, especially Oezil. Pretty unique watching these interplanetary all-stars coached by the best in the biz… I can’t think of a time in the past few years when we’ve seen such wonderful teams as Barca and Real at the same time. Fun stuff
