The UEFA Europa League Round of 16 gets underway on Thursday, with all of the remaining teams in the competition in action.

Among the teams still alive are Maurice Edu's Rangers and Oguchi Onyewu's FC Twente. Rangers opens its tie with PSV Eindhoven on the road, while Twente hosts Zenit-St. Petersburg in their first leg.

Other high-profile matchups in this stage include Bayer Leverkusen-Villarreal and Sporting Braga-Liverpool.

  1. Worst game by City I have ever seen. Poor touches, and the last 15 min were complete helter skelter. Disappointed I am. Couldn’t finish worth beans. And to think I inaugurated my City jersey today – hah!

  2. While it’s disappointing he isn’t playing today, he went the full 90 in both games of the previous knockout round against Kazan.

  3. Wow, the problem with Man City is Mancini. I don’t know why he insists on playing Yaya Toure in an attacking midfield role when he slows down play too much.
