FC Dallas vs. Los Angeles Galaxy: Your Running Commentary

 FC Dallas LogoLA_Primary_COL

The Los Angeles Galaxy head into Sunday on a major roll, with Landon Donovan back in form and the club rebounding well from the loss of defender Leonardo, but a road trip to Frisco, Texas awaits against a dangerous FC Dallas side (7pm, Galavision).

Dallas begins life without David Ferreira, who is out with a broken ankle. FC Dallas will be leaning heavily on Fabian Castillo and Eric Avila to help make up for the creativity lost by Ferreira's injury.

The Galaxy's defense will look to shut down the home team and increase its lead atop the Western Conference after previously-unbeaten Real Salt Lake lost on Saturday.

  1. Beckham’s Achilles injury requires him to undergo extensive warm-up prior to a match and to stay “hot” during halftime, or his mobility goes out the window. An hour’s delay all but ensured that he wouldnt be re-taking the field again.

And Angel was just ineffective all game. Kirovski was an improvement at the time.
