Two MLS teams begin their quest for CONCACAF Champions League glory as the Seattle Sounders and Los Angeles Galaxy kick off group play. The Galaxy, who face Motagua in their opener, are in Group A, which has all of its teams in action tonight; Seattle, meanwhile, is stationed in Group D, where it will look to get a leg up on Comunicaciones in one if its three home matches during the group stage.
Here is the TV schedule for the first batch of CCL group games:
8 p.m. – Galavision/CONCACAF.com stream – Santos Laguna vs. Real Espana
10 p.m. – Fox Soccer Channel – Seattle Sounders vs. Comunicaciones
10 p.m. – CONCACAF.com stream (FSC tape delay at 12:30 a.m.) – Los Angeles Galaxy vs. Motagua
10 p.m. – Galavision – Alajulense vs. Morelia

It may have been for abusive language, the idiot announcers said it was for an elbow to the head, but I didn’t see it on the replay.
It did cross the goal line. meh. Sounders should have had a pk on the obvious handball in the first half so i say that it sort of evens out.
