Sporting Kansas City continued their strong form last week with two wins that put them in a excellent position to make the playoffs. Graham Zusi put in a very strong fantasy output, scoring two goals in their midweek game vs. Portland. He has been a consistent starter for Kansas City and is a very cheap option for your midfield.

Six of Kansas City's last nine games are at Livestrong Sporting Park, where they have performed exceptionally well. Their players are great fantasy pickups for the final third of the season.

Here are a few more items to consider before setting your fantasy lineup this week:

MULTIPLE GAMES

Portland and Chivas both have two games this week. Neither team has looked very strong this season, so I would not go out of my way to pick up any of their players.

MFLS WEEK 25 BEST XI

GK – Nick Rimando, RSL – The matchups this week in MLS are pretty even, but Rimando is one of the best goalkeepers in the league and is always a good start in goal. Plus, Real Salt Lake is one of four teams with games in Week 26 of MFLS, which makes him valuable for next week too.

D – Geoff Cameron, HOU – Midfielder listed as a defender in MFLS, Cameron seems to be the main spark in the Houston offense along with Brad Davis. He should be able to take advantage of Houston’s game vs. expansion side Vancouver this week.

D – Matt Besler, SKC – Sporting Kansas City players have been reaping the benefits of having many home games in the last half of the season. I would keep playing them while they are in good form.

D – Sheanon Williams, PHI – Philadelphia has not been getting as many shutouts as they were at the beginning of the season, but they are still one of the stronger sides in the Eastern Conference and should have a good chance to shut out New England at home.

M – Brad Davis, HOU – Davis has a league-leading 13 assists on the season. Has a good chance to improve those numbers this week vs. expansion side Vancouver.

M – Dwayne De Rosario, DCU – De Rosario was held pretty quiet last week but is still shown great ability with D.C. United. He is a very good start as D.C. is playing at home vs. Portland.

M – Sebastian Le Toux, PHI – Le Toux has not scored in the run of play this year, but is playing a very advanced role with newcomer Freddy Adu in the lineup. He has a good chance to get on the scoresheet with a home game vs. New England this week.

M – Landon Donovan, LA – With eleven goals and three assists on the season, Donovan is one of the best players in MLS and should be a consistent starter in every fantasy team.

F – Thierry Henry, NY – Henry should be in New York’s lineup this week as they host the Los Angeles Galaxy. This match will be filled with star power and Henry should rise to the occasion.

F – Brian Ching, HOU – The veteran striker has scored four times in his past five matches. He has looked more like the Ching of old and will be a good fantasy pick-up if he can remain healthy for the rest of the season.

F – Robbie Keane, LA – Keane scored in his debut for Los Angeles and will get a chance to prove what he is capable of in one of Major League Soccer's biggest games this week as he plays New York. New York's defense has been very shaky as of late and I like Keane's chances to find the back of the net this week.

INJURY WATCH

George John appears to have played his last game for FC Dallas as MLS and Blackburn have agreed on terms for the central defender. HIs replacement at centerback, Zach Loyd, was injured in FC Dallas' last game. For injury news, check out the most updated MLS injury report. Also, don't forget to check out the latest disciplinary report for players serving suspensions.

The deadline for Week 25 is Wednesday at 10 p.m. Be sure to change your lineups by then.
