USWNT to face China in Olympic tune-up

The U.S. women's national team will play China at PPL Park on May 27 in a tune-up friendly prior to this summer's Olympics.

The last time the two nations met, the United States defeated China 2-0 at the Four Nations Tournament on Chinese soil in January of last year. China will not be participating in the Olympics, as Japan and North Korea captured Asia's two bids to London.

The U.S. women are back in action this weekend, when they face Japan in their second rematch of the World Cup final in as many months on Sunday as part of the Kirin Challenge Cup. Japan defeated the U.S. women in the Algarve Cup last month, preventing Pia Sundhage's players from playing for their third straight tournament title.

The U.S. women will also play against Brazil as part of the Kirin Challenge Cup, facing Marta & Co. on April 3. Both games are going to be televised on ESPN2 and ESPN3.com
