There were several teams that put together good weeks in MLS Week Nine. From the two-win Seattle Sounders, to the Vancouver Whitecaps, but only one team went on the road and posted a victory in a venue where no team had come close to winning this season.
That distinction belongs to the Montreal Impact. The Expansion side went to Livestrong Sporting Park and handed Sporting Kansas City their first home loss of the season. Montreal's 2-0 victory vs. Sporting KC earned them SBI MLS Team of the Week honors.
Montreal edged out Seattle, Vancouver and the New York Red Bulls for this week's honors.
What did you think of Montreal's performance? Think the Impact are a playoff team? What team impressed you the most in MLS Week Nine?

They have a great coach who learned under a great coach.
Good choice, both Vancouver and Montreal playing well
Impossible to argue for anybody else this week. Unless Dallas pulled out a W with 9 men, Montreal is the winner.
Felipe!
