The U.S. men's national team takes on five-time World Cup champion Brazil tonight at FedEx Field as a major tune-up for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Antigua and Barbuda and Guatemala. The match comes on the heels of a 5-1 victory over Scotland on Saturday, but the level of competition will be taken to another level given the Brazilians' talent-laden roster.
SBI has been documenting the past few days in the nation's capital for the U.S. men's national team, but in case you missed anything, feel free to catch up prior to first kick:
Monday's public training session at the University of Maryland
Terrence Boyd taking his success in stride while eyeing bigger opportunities
Altidore, Dempsey unlikely to start vs. Brazil
Tuesday training notes from FedEx Field
USMNT using Brazil as measuring stick before qualifiers
SBI will be holding a Match Night Commentary so please join us there.
Enjoy the match.
