Poland fans have realized a dream in watching their country host the European Championships, and their national team isn't ready to see that dream end.
The Polish national team has its fate in its own hands, with a win today against the Czech Republic securing a place in the knockout rounds. The Poles have settled for two draws in the first two matches, but need a victory today to keep going.
Russia is in control of the group, and can clinch first place with a victory against underdog Greece. The Greeks can turn the group on its head though, with a victory catapulting them ahead of the Russians. Beating Russia won't be easy, especially not with an attack that has produced five goals through two matches.

Greece is not pretty when they play, but they got the job done. If they face Germany in the Q’s does it become a grudge match over austerity measures and the Euro?
good riddance to the Russians and their thuggish fans
I can’t believe that bad Greek team made it through. Poland really blew it when they couldn’t put them away in the first match.
Yeah, her maiden name is Lalas. Saved money on monogrammed pj’s she already had and saved time by not having to re-record her voicemail greeting.
As I research, I see that Lawless is her married name. Failure on my part…
And Alexi is not Lucy’s brother….
thanks
Good games can’t wait til tomorrow
Ballack can’t speak English and lawless isn’t very smart
Alexi Lalas is ridiculous. A throw in is not a set piece. I mean seriously?
Ballack and lawless are brutal with the analysis
That’s so stupid they are always changing the rules
Tie breaker in euro is head to head first
Head to head is the first tie breaker in Euro 2012.
can somebody explain how greece went through. russia has better goal differential. is that not the tie breaker? thanks
That was unbelievable…
Cinderella has arrived. They’ve overcome so much already. It’s all house money at this point.
Cheaters never win. Looks like Greece will advance along withs the Czechs
I would absolutely believe that.
Officiating has been great so far except for both Greece games and both times Greece has been horribly misdone.
Abromovich
Wow if you told me someone was fixing matches against Greece I wouldn’t hesitate in believing that.
This is frankly pathetic.
Omg Greece was just robbed by the officials. This is pathetic. Wow official got that so wrong I’m just furious.
So Milan Baros is like Geoff Cameron’s twin brother
*with several quality chances by Poland*
Czech v Poland starting lively with So far looks like Poland going with build up and Czech looking to stay compact and pump long balls to Baros.
I would rather watch Czech – Poland, but I cannot take any more of Taylor Twellman’s voice.
