  4. great response by the Galaxy

Marcelo really impressed and looks to have made the transition to this league and is freely expressing himself hard

Landon had many beautiful touches in all kinds of spots, an djust the general aggression of the team’s overall response to the early goal has been electric

  5. say what you want about Beckham, but his two goals tonight were World Class, as was that razor at Stanford.

Pirlo did it in the Euros in that whole tournament once.

Beckham is a treat, and if you don’t check him out while he’s here, it’s on you for missing it

  13. Not the only match on…and as for Game of the Week….Portland and LA is not that…no where near it…

Too hot in most areas to play day game in July….

  14. So LA vs Portland is a game of the week? Really? It seems NBC and ESPN have become the Galaxy/Red Bull Networks….heck RSL and San Jose who are the best two teams in the league and they pass on that match tonight? If you want to sell the game on national TV showing the same two teams just about every week is not the way to do it…especially when neither are great shakes this season…yeah I know the DP star power…but you can only push that so far…

    Glad I have Direct Kick…
