  1. more goals in LA

and Omar gets some good run too. slow and steady reintegration under control physically has some potential for the Galaxy. some nice tackles and positioning from the big guy tonight in his 20 late minutes, and I still believe his distribution is underrated including his long ball

  2. Herc just got a goal after several near misses earlier.

Timed run, good first touch, cool finish with the outside of his boot to slide it past the keeper.

  3. Word. And Danish league is in action too so hopefully we’ll have more ‘started’ entries. Curious to see if Davies gets match action and how Conor O’brien develops.

  4. GOL TV is the worst sports channel ever. Who cuts to ads during the 75th minute of a live match (missing the Newcastle goal in the process)?

  5. Not even in to the full European seasons yet and I’m already excited for the Americans Abroad: Weekend Review. If anybody finds videos before then, please post.

  6. why do coaches always sub off a player if they’re on a hat trick? Is it to save them from injury or to give other players a chance to score or a defensive tactic?

  7. Wow, Boyd with two goals and an assist. Will they definitely give the second one to him? Off the goalies foot, off the bar, and then spun in. Either way, what a start for Boyd.

  8. Freddy Adu played out of his mind vs Red Bulls last time around (until he got a red card). He’s not listed on the injury report, but he’s not in the 18 today. He also removed all Philadelphia Union related info from his Twitter page. Trade / transfer brewing?

  9. Boyd scores a beautiful poachers goal on a low cross into the box from the left wing. Boyd makes a near post run and beats his defender and the goalie.
