  1. Looks more or less over for City. The only way they can advance is by winning at least twice. They can possibly advance on 7 or 8 points, basically needing Madrid or Dortmund to go postal on everyone else. If they get 3 wins (to go to 10 points) they will advance or crash out on tiebreakers.

  2. Great defending by Jones to run down Gervinho and an absolutely disgusting dive from Gervinho. Just a really pathetic exhibit. Throws himself to the ground on the endline in the box without even being touched. Official makes the right call and gives him a yellow for diving.

  3. Horrible Giveaway by Pepe near the center circle, passes it straight to Dortmund player who prompt looks up and puts Lewandowski through on Casillas, and he finishes it clinically near post. That Lewandowski is a baller, no lie.

  4. Yellow card for Afellay for diving though it wasn’t really either a dive or foul. Farfan does actually dive a minute later and gets the defender booked.

  5. Jermaine Jones is not starting again. It seems that Stevens prefers to start Neustaber as the defensive midfielder in big games.
