That commentator guy said that’s the greatest goal he’s ever seen in 5 years. Now I know why’s he so bad at commentating MLS games; he clearly doesn’t watch soccer regularly.
Good goal though no doubt. I’ve definitely had better.
Agreed. A very nice goal, and great reflexes from Henry, as the ball was coming in pretty fast. But best goal in the last five years? Shep is being just a tad hyperbolic here.
Little bit of a training wheels bike in terms of technique but has the virtue that I think he meant to do exactly what he did, which was pretty nice.

Ives, we’re done.
Montero beating LA from 35 last year.. +upper V
One of the best goals I’ve seen in MLS. Hands down. TH14 is the King.
DeRo’s incredibly swervy freekicks for San Jose back in the day is one of my personal favorites. The movement on that was sick.
Everyone post their favorite MLS goals so I can spend all night/day youtubing them and reminiscing!

Beckham’s goal from 35 yards off the inside of the far post.
You think that was good? Wait until DC United scores a goal. It’ll blow you away.
when does his contract end?
in f’ing credible

With he and Cahill finding their form things are looking bright for NY.
Forza Red Bull!

It was a reference.
In other words, I was joking.

He can still bring it. Not bad for an old guy.
