Manchester United released their latest home kit design for next season on Wednesday, featuring a solid red jersey with a black collar.

The official club release states that the return to the black collar is in homage to the late 1990s United teams, including the ones where Eric Cantona famously wearing his uniform with the collar up.

The shorts are a full white and are combined with black socks with one red and white stripe making for a clean and classic look.

  1. What’s with all the uni hate? I love seeing the new jerseys for any team. Of course, I’m thrilled to see my Red Devils, but I even have a soft spot in my <3 for those fugly Scouse kits!

    • Yeah not digging the updates on jerseys, I think the fans of their respective teams get into that, but most people don’t care about every big team’s jersey.
