An exciting weekend is upon us, when multiple European leagues, including the German Bundesliga, start their 2013/14 seasons.
The defending German champions, Bayern Munich, open the Bundesliga season today, when they face Borussia Monchengladbach on GolTV in Pep Guardiola’s first league match in charge of the Bavarian giants.
Simultaneously, beIN Sport will be airing the kickoff to the French Ligue 1, when Montpellier host Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG head coach Laurent Blanc is faced with the difficult task of following in Carlo Ancelotti’s footsteps, by attempting to win the league for the second season in a row. AS Monaco, the most recent deep-pocketed European club, will begin their campaign to take the crown from PSG, when they visit Bordeaux on Saturday afternoon.
