Group F of the UEFA Champions League takes the focus on Wednesday as Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, and Napoli are all fighting for the two available spots to move on to the knockout round.

With everything still open in the final day, Arsenal travel to Napoli needing at least a draw, while Dortmund need a win and either an Arsenal draw or loss by less than a margin of two goals. Add in the history standing against the Gunners, who lost 4-0 the last time they played in Italy (at AC Milan) and it makes for an exciting final match day.

Elsewhere in the Champions League, both Barcelona and Chelsea look to secure the top spot in their groups when they take on Celtic and Steaua Bucharest, respectively, and Atletico Madrid hopes to keep their undefeated European run when they host FC Porto.

In the evening, the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team takes on England in their second match of the Nike International Friendlies, while Brazilian club Ponte Preta travel to the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires to face Lanus in the second leg of the Copa Sudamericana. The first leg ended 1-1 in Brazil, giving Lanus the advantage on away goals.

    • in these posts, commenters can talk about whatever game they are watching for the benefit of us poor bastards at work. or just for fun, or whatever. that’s why they call it “Your Running Commentary” instead of “SBI Commentary” or something.

it’s not happening much so far in this post, but that’s the general idea.

  2. DAN!!!!! DO YOU EVEN READ THE COMMENT SECTIONS? You have been making numerous mistakes in your pieces. Almost every single one of them have errors or poor grammar. These are clearly pointed out to you in the comment sections. I think most of us were pointing them out to be helpful to start, but it is becoming clear that you do not proof read your work. It makes the articles come off as unprofessional and the website come off as unprofessional. I was willing to let a few slip ups go, but THEY ARE GETTING WORSE!!!! As Borrusia DortMan pointed out, you don’t even have the correct line-up of games up in this piece.

I don’t want to be rude, but get it together bro.

    • honestly, i normally steer clear of the whole calling out the writers for mistakes, but Dan has made mistakes in every single article i’ve read in the last week. that’s pretty ridiculous.

      • I’m in the same boat. I don’t usually call out the authors. Mistakes happen, but the fact that they keep happening for Dan shows 1.) He does not proof read (seriously, just write it in Microsoft Word and then copy and past it in) 2.) He does not read the comments on his own articles, where the consistency of his mistakes are pointed out. To me this shows a complete disinterest in his final product.

    • Damn. Not to many websites list every game on tv every week. Let’s insult one that does the one week they make a mistake on the free service they provide us.
