This one was worth it. 10 out of 10. Agree with the other post on the backpedal, that you can tell he knows what he wants to do what the ball is only halfway to him.

He read the bend on the cross perfectly. For most of the time the ball was in the air, it looked (on camera) like it was going to land in front of him for an easy header on goal, but he realized moments after it left his teammate’s foot that it was going to go behind him.

The only view that MLS typically doesn’t have is the 1/2 field cam from the opposite side (& maybe the 1/2 field zoom). It has the offside cam, the behind the goal cam, & the field cams. One view that MLS does have that could have been pretty sweet would have been the net cam!

Now, do they typically show all those views on replays? Not enough. I totally agree with you in that the production value on the replay is an area that ESPN especially has been sorely lacking over the years.

Either way, amazing skill! I don’t think he could have reached that ball any other way.

WOW! What a GOLAZO! Agreed with above posters about back pedaling. Has to be top goal of Israeli league this season so far! Amazing!!
