For a trio of Americans, this Saturday marks tough road matches against the top three teams in the Premiership.

Several mouth-watering contests are on tap for the Americans Abroad contingent this weekend, including Geoff Cameron’s visit to Manchester City with Stoke City. Cameron has more than proven that he can handle his own at right back in the Premiership this season, but will face a stiff test against the likes of Sergio Aguero, Yaya Toure and Fernandinho, who will be attempting to pick up the three points that separate the third-place Citizens from league-leading Chelsea.

The Blues will also face off against an American, as Tim Howard leads Everton into battle at Stamford Bridge. Howard and the Toffees have won just once in their last four league games, and they will need a complete performance to topple a motivated Chelsea side that is keen on remaining in first place in the table.

While second-place Arsenal will be rooting for Howard and his club this weekend, the Gunners will also have to deal with fellow U.S. Men’s National Team player Jozy Altidore and Sunderland. The Black Cats will enter Emirates Stadium aiming to pull of an upset that would likely go a long way towards their battle against relegation, but might need to muster up one of their best outings of the year in order to topple trophy-starved Arsenal.

The tasty match-ups are not restricted to England’s top flight, either. Aron Johannsson and AZ Alkmaar will face Ajax on Saturday in Eredivisie play, and Jermaine Jones and Besiktas will meet with Galatasary in a battle of two of the bigger Super Lig clubs.
