While the English Premier League takes a break this weekend, the legendary FA Cup returns with a couple of must-watch games.
For the second time in a week, Arsenal face Liverpool, which thrashed the Gunners, 5-1, on Sunday. Though both teams played a midweek match, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted that his side is showing signs of fatigue and said he would make a number of lineup changes. In Manchester, Chelsea return to the Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City, with the home side hoping to exact revenge for a 1-0 league defeat to Jose Mourinho’s men.
Only 33 miles and six points separate Bayer Leverkusen and FC Schalke as both top-four German squads get set to face off on Saturday. Second-place Leverkusen are way back of Bayern Munich for the league title but a win against Schalke would help cement a UEFA Champions League place for next season.
Other matches to keep an eye on this weekend include Fiorentina taking on Inter Milan, Saint-Etienne vs. Marseille, and Club Tijuana hosting Santos Laguna.

Wow, what a game tomorrow! I am not complaining as 20 years ago I was dreaming about more games on TV, but is this getting to be too much?
12pm – Real Madrid II vs. Barcelona II – beIN Sports en Español
FA Cup getting bumped to FS2 for various NASCAR events.
Early notice that the Arsenal/Bayern game next Wednesday is also on FS2…due to a NASCAR Truck Series practice. Not a game, not a game…practice.
Not to mention…truck series is what? 3rd or 4th tier?
Signing up for a FS2Go free trial and connecting to Chromecast. Will cancel after Europa games next Thursday.
Hope I’m not offending anyone here, but it would seem that Bubbas rule on Fox Sports.
Seems like after losing the Premier League rights, these guys treat soccer as an afterthought. Do rednecks have more disposable income than people who follow international soccer?
It’s always been a second thought. Look at the production and resources NBC puts into their broadcasts versus FOX.
I’m an equally enthusiastic motorsports and soccer fan, and I think it boils down to dollars for fox on this one. Speed/race week at daytona is a huge spectacle to open the nascar season and is a first chance for fans and press to see new equipment, drivers who have switched teams, etc. With late sunday mornings being their usual viewing spot on race days, this and next week are probably two of the higher-viewership weekends all year.
Hopefully the guide is wrong and they show the match. But unfortunately since i am in fact an arsenal fan it looks like I’ll be streaming this one.
Is the eredivise broadcast on gol tv as bad as I suspect it is.
Yes it is.

Ives is that you?
Class move wow.
This is news that should be covered:
It’s a shame ESPN isn’t showing the AZ vs. Utrecht match up. I would def. have watched that.
Why don’t you catch the game online? I think you can find a feed from the game on firstrowsports, atdhe. or justintv.
