Well, Ives, if Phil Sceon and Brian Windhorst are built for TV, I think you can do it too. 😉
For the Julian Green eligibility question… He’s ineligible for the U20 WC because he played in U19 competition for Germany (why he had to file a one-time switch). That U19 competition determines the UEFA representative to the U20 WC.
I think it’s the UEFA U21 competition that feeds into the Olympics.
