There is a little more incentive for the Chicago Fire to go out and win their U.S. Open Cup semifinals match next week.

U.S. Soccer conducted a broadcasted coin flip on Wednesday to determine the priority list for hosting rights for the 2015 U.S. Open Cup final, and it was the Fire who claimed the top spot. Chicago will host the championship match, which would be played on Sept. 30, should it knock off the Philadelphia Union in their semifinals bout on Aug. 12.

Real Salt Lake came in second in the priority list for the 102nd edition of the domestic tournament followed by the Union and Sporting Kansas City. RSL would host the final if it defeats Sporting KC in the semifinals and the Fire fall to the Union. Philadelphia can only play the title match at home if it bests Chicago and Kansas City knocks off Salt Lake.

Both semifinals will be played next week. The Union welcome the Fire at PPL Park, and Sporting KC tries to defend its turf against visiting Real Salt Lake in their encounter at Sporting Park.

What do make of this development? Where would you like to see the final played? Which two clubs will reach the championship game?
