SBI College Top 25: Nov. 6 Edition

The ACC appears to be the king of college soccer this week, as the top three teams all hail from the East Coast conference.

With Stanford suffering a 2-1 defeat on the road to Washington, the Cardinal lost their No. 1 spot this week. Wake Forest is this week’s top team, and fellow ACC contenders in Clemson and North Carolina take the second and third seed, respectively.

After a decisive victory against a Fabian Herbers-led Creighton side, Georgetown, which started the year as the SBI College Soccer Preseason No. 1 team, sits just behind the three ACC powerhouses in fourth.

Meanwhile, Indiana climbed into this week’s top 10 after winning its fourth consecutive game. After their upset win, the Huskies, as well as Cal Poly, entered the SBI College Top 25 fray once again.
