The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 is always bound to provide one or two scintillating matches, but Monday’s draw provided several must-see games for the upcoming knockout stages.

Headlining the action are several clashes of titans, including a meeting of English Premier League powerhouse Arsenal and reigning champions Barcelona. The road proves no easier for fellow London club Chelsea, who are set to face off with France’s Paris Saint-German for the third straight season.

In addition, last season’s runners-up, Juventus, also face a tough draw after being matched with Bayern Munich, while Real Madrid have been paired with Italy’s AS Roma.

The setup is a bit more favorable for Manchester City, who face one of the easier paths after being matched with Dynamo Kiev. Atletico Madrid will also be happy with their matchup after being paired with PSV Eindhoven.

Rounding out the Round of 16 action is a meeting between Gent and Wolfsburg, while Benfica collides with Zenit St. Petersburg in the eighth and final pairing.

The opening legs of each draw will be played between on either Feb. 16-17 or Feb. 23-24, while teams will wrap up their respective ties in the second legs set for March 8-9 or March 15-16.

    • They’ll have a chance. Barcelona’s form isn’t the best (two draws in a row), currently. On the other hand, the transfer ban will be lifted well before then and Barcelona will have Turan and Vidal in their squad, which isn’t good for Arsenal.
