The German Bundesliga is back, and with it comes the powerful force that is Bayern Munich.

The German giant leads the rest of the field by a considerable gap, with second-place Borrussia Dortmund eight points back. Bayern has a chance to stretch that to double figures on Friday when it travels to Imtech Arena to play Hamburg SV.

Meanwhile, Sporting Gijón-Real Sociedad and Stade Rennes-Gazélec Ajaccio headline action across Europe.

Later into the evening, two Liga MX games kick off the third weekend of Mexico’s top flight. Tijuana, which has four points through two games, hosts Santos Laguna at Estadio Caliente in the must-see matchup.
