Let’s not kid ourselves yedlin had a good game except for getting beat in the air which is definitely not one of his strongest assets. He’s not the tallest at only 5’8.
True. N’Doye had just recently subbed on and was terrible in defending the cross. He was crossed over twice which allowed such a good ball to be played in.
Sadly yedlin will get more flak than he deserves. Gotta teach him to just jump into the attacker to disrupt the shot
I think that’s spot on. It really is unfortunate because he played really well other than that. His positioning has improved dramatically and he was rarely if ever caught ball watching. His body language after the goal said it all. Just threw his hands up. “Wtf am I supposed to do.” He was tight to Mitrovic but there is no way he was ever going to win that header. He needed to just try and put him off. But then if he fouled and gave up the pk everyone here would be screaming how stupid of a foul it was.
Correct. I interpreted his reaction to be “I was fouled! He jumped over my back”. Sadly it wasn’t a foul tho
what a horror show from Yedlin there.
SUNDERLAND……..L…….O……..L……….
Sadly he was having a solid game for the first 80…
Yedlin beasted by Mitrovic on the goal
If Peter crouch wins a header over messi did messi get beasted?
If only he was challenging your soulmate Jozy instead. L….O…..V…..E
So I haven’t said anything about Jozy on this thread yet you bring him up in an attempt to show how I talk about him too much? Irony…
Simply put, your comment is reaching and lacks conviction due to aforementioned irony.
Your constant L..O…L posts about Sunderland are an implied dig at them for wronging your hero Jozy. We all know this.
False, and to add to the irony, I’ve told you on this forum before why I “LOL” Sunderland every match, and it has nothing to directly do with Jozy.
Google: Straw Man’s Argument….
Go massage Jozys hamstring and feed him some grapes. I think JK still wants to start him against Guatamala
Any other meaningless internet disses you care to share?…
Stay classy, Bryan………..
No. I’ll just wait until next week when you again fixate mindlessly on Sunderland.
What’s more meaningless: Me commenting on a soccer blog or you being upset at the fact that I comment on a soccer blog?………..
Hint: tons of people comment on soccer blogs; very few get upset about the notion of commenting on a soccer blog….
I’m not upset. It’s not 2014 anymore though. I understand Jozy flopping at Sunderland shattered your heart to pieces but it’s time to move on.
You must be pretty dense to not understand the simple sentences I’m typing to explain my “LOLs” are not about Jozy.
It’s ok though, your stubbornness doesn’t make me any less of a person.
Your lost in the sounders recap about Clint missing a sitter could be loosely translated to :’ Sunderland are meanies! No Jozy fault!’
Which pertains somehow to me LOLing at Sunderland a year and a half later?
Haha it’s quite clear you can’t see your deficiencies. But keep on being annoyed and trying to make fun of me for something you clearly can’t comprehend; or rather something you refuse to believe; albeit from the ‘horse’s mouth’.
On another note, is the Earth flat or spherical?
Poor Yedlin. Decided I would check out the last 10 minutes of the the NEW vs. SUN game to see how he was doing. In the span of a few minutes he made a foul throw, played a simple pass directly out of bounds, and then was absolutely dominated in the air for Mitrovic’s tying goal. Yikes.
