Soccer Saturday: Your Running Commentary

A full slate of conference clashes are set to kick off in the afternoon around MLS, including a pair of high-profile Western Conference encounters.

The Portland Timbers will host the LA Galaxy from Providence Park, as Caleb Porter’s side looks to extend their unbeaten streak to 10 matches. Meanwhile, the top two sides in the West will meet later in the evening when the Colorado Rapids take on FC Dallas.

In NASL, the league-leading New York Cosmos will travel to Florida to face off against the Tampa Bay Rowdies, while Spring Season winners Indy Eleven looks to keep pace near the top of the standings with a result against FC Edmonton.

Leicester City continues its preparations for the new season on Saturday afternoon when the Foxes kick off their International Champions Cup campaign against Scottish side Celtic.
