  1. I agree two teams in OKC made no sense. The NASL should have realized this from the debacle that the USL experienced when they set up VSI Tampa Bay to compete with the Rowdies. However, it is best to place teams in cities with no major league baseball.

  2. Who didn’t see this coming? Two minor league clubs surviving in OKC, let alone a place like NYC (FC NY — ha ha what happened to their ambition and Cosmos).

  3. As a supported of the NASL, I am concerned. Really believe it is necessary for the USSF to work on bringing the NASL and USL closer together, so that the leagues under the MLS prosper..

    • This is basically what NASL asked for: an extremely volatile market place where nothing can be certain from one year to the next, maybe even one week to the next…

  4. As a soccer fan in OKC, worried about the future of Rayo OKC. Really hope that someone buys out Rayo Valencia because they and their President Presa are the root of the issues. According to the unofficial press(Scissortail Podcast) the spanish side came in demanding changes because their own side is struggling, and trying to make the Coach play the highest paid players first, whether they are performing well or not. I will remain a fan, but I’m severely disappointed in how the European Side is trying to Micromanage from another continent, and chased off our coach, while we are doing well no less, and the Front Office staff. Also heard the game day crew left. going to be rough for a bit.
