The UEFA Champions League is finally back, while two MLS teams vie for an elusive trophy on Tuesday night.

In Europe, the Champions League group stage begins with several marquee clashes on tap. Paris-Saint Germain hosts Arsenal in a pivotal game as both sides duke it out for the top spot in Group A.

Later on Tuesday night, FC Dallas welcomes the New England Revolution in the U.S. Open Cup final. The hosts haven’t won a major trophy since 1997 in the same competition, while the Revolution are trying to snap a nine-year drought without a title.

There is also Champions League of the CONCACAF variety taking place as the Vancouver Whitecaps try to book their spot in the quarterfinals. They face Sporting Kansas City at Children’s Mercy Park. The Copa MX and Copa Sudamericana also resume on Tuesday night.

  1. No Green again today. I understand subbing on the defender for injured Hummels and Sanches coming on, but why do you sub Ribery on with 4-0 lead. Does he need more experience?

  2. Fox Sports Go app no longer shows the FS1 games!?! It looks like we have to subscribe to a Fox Soccer 2 Go app? What crap is this? I have a cable package that includes FS1 so I used to log in to the Fox Sports Go app and watch games… Anyone else know how to watch online with the FSGo app?

    • I don’t think we should expect him in any meaningful CL game anytime soon. Maybe some League Cup or CL if qualification is no longer in doubt or they have been eliminated.

  3. Green on the bench for Bayern again today. Lewandowski went 90 minutes twice already in the last ten days will he go the full 90 again today?
