Manchester United’s quest for glory in the UEFA Europa League will go through Russia in the round of 16. The Red Devils were drawn with FC Rostov from the Russian Premier League in Friday’s draw. United will travel to Russia for the first leg on March 9 before playing the second leg a week later at Old Trafford.

The draw also produced some intriguing matchups between clubs from the same country. Bundesliga sides Schalke and Borussia Monchengladbach will face off against each other, starting at the Veltins Arena. The two sides are also set to square off in league play on March 4, five days before the round of 16 showdown begins. Schalke won the first meeting between the two clubs in the Bundesliga by a 4-0 score on October 2.

Belgian clubs Racing Genk and KAA Gent were also drawn with each other in the second matchup of teams from the same country. Belgium has the most teams remaining in the competition with three. Anderlecht will take on APOEL Nicosia in its round of 16 matchup.

The biggest matchup in terms of name value will pit Lyon against Roma. Lyon smashed through AZ Alkmaar on an 11-1 aggregate in the round of 32. Roma used a 4-0 blowout in the first leg against Villarreal to set up its spot in the last 16.
