Christian Pulisic is the last American remaining in European competition, and the U.S. Men’s National Team winger will hope to continue his role as part of Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League push.
The 18-year-old winger is set to join Borussia Dortmund for Tuesday’s match against Monaco in the Champions League quarterfinals. Thus far, Pulisic has appeared in eight of Dortmund’s Champions League matches, scoring a goal against Benfica in the Round of 16.
Pulisic isn’t the only American in action midweek, though, as Liga MX boasts a full slate of matches. Jonathan Bornstein and Queretaro take on Paul Arriola, Joe Corona, Michael Orozco and Tijuana on Wednesday while Jorge Villafana and Ventura Alvarado could go head-to-head with Edgar Castillo. William Yarbrough will also look to build off of a clean sheet last time out on Tuesday while Jose Torres could see the field for Tigres against Chivas.
