Thursday Kickoff: Chicharito set for West Ham, Juventus confirm De Sciglio, and more

Long-rumored, and long-awaited, star Mexican forward Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez is set for his Premier League return.

The 29-year-old Chicharito is set to jump back to the Premier League from Bayern Leverkusen, joining West Ham on a €16-18 million transfer. (REPORT)

Juventus confirmed the capture of Italian international fullback Mattia De Sciglio from Serie A rivals AC Milan. The 24-year-old move for a reported €12 million. (REPORT)

As Monaco makes the capture of Fabinho difficult for Manchester United, the Red Devils have turned to another Ligue 1 fullback. United are reportedly targeting Paris-Saint Germain’s Serge Aurier on a £25 million deal. (REPORT)

Despite an official apology from Liverpool to Southampton over the Merseyside clubs pursuit of Virgil van Dijk, the move may not be dead. Van Dijk has reportedly asked Southampton to let him complete the move. (REPORT)
