Clint Mathis is at it again.
In just his second appearance for Greek club Ergotelis, Mathis worked the magic that has become his trademark whenever he first joins a new team. Mathis capped a two-goal comeback by the Greek bottom dwellars with a 90th-minute equalizer to help Ergotelis salvage a 2-2 tie against Apallon Kalamarias on Sunday.
Mathis came on as a 76th minute substitute and needed just 14 minutes to score for his new club. He latched on to a failed clearance and volleyed home the equalizer from 23 yards out. Here is a video clip of the goal:
Ergotelis is still in last place in the Greek Super League.
