  1. nery castillo looked like he needed a right leg today in man. city vs. tottenham. althought he created good chances but wasn’t allowed to use his left.

  2. Just got back from attending the Fulham vs. Everton match. Was definitly well worth the price of admission (even with the horrible exchange rate) to see Tim Howard matched up against Keller. I was sitting with the Everton supporters and it was clear from the first few minutes that everyone sensed Fulham was the better team today. They definitly appeared to be playing with a lot more energey and wanted it more. Eddie Johnson looked impressive but should have done better with some of his chances.

  4. I’m not slating the guy, despite his decision to refuse to play for the US, and its always nice to be clinical from the penalty spot, but it just seems like everytime he scores its on a penalty…

  5. Get in! Great job Mcbride!!! Helps out Fulhams chance of staying up (slim). Also helps out my club (Liverpool) into the fourth and final CL spot.

    Good on Mcbride!!!

  6. Fulham still needs to avoid dropping points, and need either Newcastle, Birmingham City, or Sunderland to continue their downward slides to have a legitimate chance of staying up. It seems that Reading and Wigan have been playing pretty well recently and aren’t as strong of candidates of dropping as they were a month ago.

With a fixture list including, Newcastle, Derby, Sunderland, and Reading in the next month. I think it is fully possible for them to get themselves out of the drop zone. Though they end the season with a rough set of games against Liverpool, Man City, Birmingham (a potentially huge game), and Portsmouth that could put them right back in.

  7. mastershake – Check out livesoccertv.com for TVU or sopcast channels. ESPN360 worked well for me last night with the US game.

  8. EJ played pretty good and linked well with McBride, though he did have one of his mind-blowing lapses where he gives up far too easily on a play, when he was given a nice throughball from Davies, but immediately ajudged it to be too far away and exhibited no effort to pursue it, the announce team was flabbergasted.

Anyway, LFC supporters everywhere are thankful Fulham, I truly hope they make a West Ham-esque escape from the drop.
