SOUNDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EYLANDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
man that was destroying me. i could barely take how unlucky the sounders were. 2wice of the crossbar, about 4 blocked shots….great game and im glad we came away with a win.
@aristotle:
Sorry, Wells makes Conway look like Schmeichel. Sutton is (or at least, was) far better than Wells too. I’ll give you Cronin, but I think he’s much younger than Zach.
You had to be at the field tonight to appreciate just how poor Wells’ positioning and communication were. Truly stunning, esp. for the #1 keeper on a decent team.
go you sounders!
One USL team will make the finals Seattle 6-5 in PKS
EYLANDER!!!!!!!
SCOTT SCORES!!! SEATTLE WINS!!!!!!!! GO USL!!!!!!
Eylander save! Zach Scott steps up to kick the winner…
Seattle stays alive! KC 5, SEA 5.
KC scores again. KC 5, SEA 4.
Seattle gets it. KC 4, SEA 4. Sudden death now.
KC converts again. KC 4, SEA 3. Sounders need this one to stay alive.
Cronberg guesses wrong again. KC 3, SEA 3.
Espinosa converts. KC 3, SEA 2.
Cronberg guesses wrong. KC 2, SEA 2.
McMahon scores. KC 2, SEA 1.
Le Toux off the woodwork AGAIN!!! KC 1, SEA 1.
Eylander saves on Jimmy Conrad! Still KC 1, SEA 1.
Seattle equalizes. KC 1, SEA 1. Well-taken kick.
KC strikes first. KC 1, SEA 0.
End of extra time. It ends 0-0. Huge save by Eylander on a KC free kick at the death.
We’re going to PKs…
Even being a Silverbacks fan and having had lost to the Sounders earlier this year, I have to say, I’m proudly cheering for them. GO SOUNDERS
110th minute. Sounders player beats three defenders, gets an arching shot off, but it lands on top of the net. Unbelievable.
Le Toux hits the crossbar AGAIN! The Sounders can’t buy a break!
Off the crossbar AGAIN!!!
Seattle could easily have taken MANY more Rock and Roll’s Greatest Hits 95.7 KJR FM Free Kicks.
Glad to see you guys can keep me up to, uh, “date”, with this stuff. Thanks a lot. The website for the cup hasn’t updated in 2 hours, even though it says “we promise not to crash this time” at the top. Oh well, no real blame to be placed there I suppose. Anyway, thanks,
