    1. Myhill is eligible to play for England, Wales, and the U.S. However, I’d say the chances are nill that he’d ever suit up for our MNT…best bet is England.

    2. Myhill’s dad is American and he was born in America. However, they moved to England before he turned 2. Myhill’s mother is Welsh, and Myhill is a Welsh international I believe.

    3. Hull’s about to beat Arsenal…

Plus there’s this bit from The Guardian:

“Wonderful, wonderful save from Myhill, who deserves to earn three points just for that. Fabregas sees it opening up in front of him and he thwacks it goalward, bending left. The American keeper throws himself that way, and one-hands it behind.”

I don’t remember seeing Myhill’s name in the Americans Abroad column…

    4. yeah, hodgson is really starting to be inexplicable. After Johnson was sent off, you know that your players are going to be more tired. After a while, you’d think SOMEBODY in the media would mention it.

    5. While I didn’t see it, Bradley didn’t play. Borussia M’gladbach sits in 17th place out of 18, and they’ve played two more games than the 16th and 18th place teams. You’d think their coach would give Michael a chance…not like he can do any worse.

    6. Dempsey on bench; Convey didn’t dress; EJ on bench; The goalies all in their usual places; Playing time a premium again for our field players in England.
