  1. Jozys playing time is going to be nil with all four strikers healthy. hoepfully they will all be completley healthy and he will be loaned to Recrea. so he can play.

  2. Liverpool moves to 39 points after 18games 2 clear of Chelsea and is still no.1

I’m praying For Timmy to hold out against Everton for a win, hell a draw would be perfect.

  3. 93rd minute- Arsenal waste a long free kick opportunity. On the other end, a Liverpool foul ends their last attack of the match, and the referee blows the final whistle.

    Full Time, 1-1.

  4. 91st minute- eboue is coming in for Nasri, and gets a decent ovation from the fans. Certainly better than his last one.

92nd minute- Van Persie gets a header off but without much pace, and was saved comfortably.

  5. 84th minute- el Zahr sends a ball in to a streaking Dirk Kuyt, but Almunia comes out to intercept the ball. Almunia has played well in this match.

  6. 81st minute- Lucas earns a yellow card. Robbie Keane is taken off for el Zahr.

Arsenal sill look interested in getting a winner as they earn the corner, while Liverpool’s substitutions seem to suggest Liverpool are happy with the result a it stands.

  7. 75th minute- Gerrard makes a run on the ball and goes down in the box. The referee says to play on, and Gerrard is not happy about it.

  8. Spain has Torres and Villa as their starting strikers and the legend that is Raul and Guiza as subs.

England has Rooney and Defoe/Bent/Crouch as super subs. I agree, Agbonlahor should be starting in not just the World Cup but in qualifying soon.

Hell who does the USA has? Donovan? We have Altidore, he should be up to qualifying for sure. Cooper needs time but can hack it im sure. Davies would be great as a super sub? Please no EJ or Ching.

  9. 62nd minute- Adebayor is given a 2nd yellow and sent off! The first yellow was soft, and this second one seems equaly so.

Without Fabregas, now down a man, this is a big ask for Arsenal the rest of the match.

  10. Ashley Young heading to Real Madrid?

Gabriel Agbonlahor, Gareth Barry, Martin Laursen and Brad Friedel leading AV to Champions League? If Agbonlahor can score more than 15goals this season i know for sure he will be starting for England come the next World Cup. He will be ahead of Defoe and Bent and Crouch will just be a super-sub if lucky.

  11. West Brom and Blackburn will be relegated. I doubt Tottenham or Newcastle will. I’m sure Stoke City will be relegated. Man City has a great chance of being relegated but West Ham will probably be. Poor Dean Ashton, England career over before you knew it.

  12. I’m pretty sure Altidore will be a sub 2day. If he could get an assist or a goal, it would be the greatest Christmas gift for him. Dempsey already got his. He will be be part of the starting XI for the rest of the season, no doubt.

Hope Michael Bradley asks Santa for a better defense and goal scorer for BMG. Ohh and Adu, needs to score a goal so he can even get the slightest approval from his manager.

  13. Yes Keane. 3rd goal of the season. He needs quite a few more in this game and next week in order to not get the boot in January. Liverpool can do this 🙂 I don’t see Arsenal staying in the game. AV is taking the 4th spot. No doubt

  14. 45th minute- Kuyt squares a ball in for Gerrard, but the timing was off and Gerrard blasted the ball over the bar!

Nice work by Kuyt to win the ball, and it was a matter of inches on the pass that leaves the score tied.

  15. “Monaco’s squad is down to the bare bones ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Ligue 1 title contenders Bordeaux at the Stade Louis II.

The principality club could be without as many as 11 players for their last match before the winter break”

-Maybe Adu will finally see some action today

  16. That was great control by Van Persie.

Anybody have any idea about Villareal’s starting lineup today or where the best place to look for it early? Thanks.

  17. 24th minute- Goal Arsenal! Nasri hit a beautifully lobbed long pass to Van Persie which split the centerbacks. Van Persie took it down off his chest, and ripped a shot past the keeper! That was brilliant.

  18. Does anyone know where dempsey has been playing for most the season? Is he out at RM or starting at striker? Espn soccernet always says RM but I dont trust espn for a second.
