Gene_SF,
I was there also. The idiots doing security would not let me bring in my tele photo lens and made me put it back in my car. When we got in the game…. guess what there were other people with lens the same size as mine. I take this lens into games at Candlestick / monster park all the time for events. Also there was a parking attendant that was drunk and staggering around yelling at people. We when took the lens back he was drinking a beer he borrowed from somewhere.
i think that the 20 minutes charlie got was good on all accounts. he had enough time to impress, which he did, and he’s gonna be pretty well rested to torch the mexicants!

does that make you an american’t?
I wonder whom I should complain to about this… I went to the Quakes – Crew, and Barca – Chivas doubleheader, and was turned away at the gates because I had a small messenger back with a book and thermos with tea. Apparently, for this game only, the security would not allow ANY backpacks or bags inside. This information was not on the website of the stadium, the Quakes, and it was not on the ticket.
I am incredibly pissed. While it would have been nice to see Barca live, I have FSC & Goal TV, so I see them enough in meaningful matches. I wanted to cheer on the Quakes and I missed the game.
The Quakes did refund my ticket money, but still, fans should not be treated this way. At a minimum, they have to give a fair warning of these rules.
Am I the only one who gets an annoying distorted flicker over the bottom quarter of my TV that can last almost 20 minutes when I watch FSC?
are you kidding me donovan
Gooch came in around the 70th minute
How long did Gooch play?
I think another translation of that play i read said that “Martin recieves the ball on the wing, finds Davies in the middle, and he engages the defender on his back. Davies turns and beats him to the corner after contact and the defender goes down, but the referee lets play continue.” or something like that. Davies then crossed the ball but missed his target.
