The game most U.S. national team fans have been waiting months for is just a day away and it's time to start thinking about where people will be watching the match.
Where will you Wednesday's World Cup qualifier (Mun2, 4pm)? Will you watch at a soccer bar? At home? From your computer at work? From the USA supporter's section at Estadio Azteca?
There are plenty of watch parties being held all across the United States so if you are attending one, or hosting one, let us know about it.
Share your plans below.
Skybox SALT LAKE CITY UTAH.
The Irish Bank, San Francisco CA – the safest bank in the world.
Anyone else in downtown SF gonna be there?
3-0 USA!!!
Oh and they’ll be goal shots, Miller Lite specials and a raffle including an autographed MLS Cup ball Crew-RB players.
Jack Demsey’s in Midtown. Great AO support, food (so you can bring the under-21 crowd), and in midtown (so every train gets there). N. Smiths is too Euro and tucked away on the L.
Sadly I’m an adult now and work a real 9 to 5, so I’ll be watching for the first time from my computer at the office, and not at the Kelly Inn in St. Paul, an official US Soccer Pub. Growing up is hard to do…
@franky & scarlet re: Greenville, SC I’ll stop by Coronas and check out the situation. Good call Franky.
all of you looking to go online to watch the game – justin.tv usually has free streams of any major game – watched most of the gold cup there since I no longer have cable.
Watching from the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, NY- on the giant video wall- surrounded by the history of the sport- should be outstanding!
If I was home in KC I’d be at the 810 Zone for sure. As it stands, I’m stuck at my internship in Kirksville, MO secretly watching it on a laptop.
LET’S GO RW&B!!! GO USA!!!
Early US goal by Donovan then we pack it in. 1-0 US.
Anybody on the Ohio State campus, Eddie George’s in the gateway will have the game if you don’t feel like goin downtown or to the brewery district
wish i could find a place in Toronto to watch it 🙁 Won’t be around a computer to watch the match today, frustrated beyond belief right now….why did I marry a canuck!
I’ll be watching at 10pm local time in Stuttgart, Germany in my house on Armed Forces Television!
In regards to Momo’s in DC:
It’s a great place to watch soccer. I’ve been there several times and they have tv’s everywhere. The only problem is it is a rowhouse, and has three stories. If the game is on the first or second floor, then it will be a good time, if it’s on the third floor, I’d head over to Lucky Bar. You may want to call ahead to find out. They are great people, have good food, and a decent beer selection.
I’ll Be at the office where can I watch the game online?
Gracias
British Bulldog in Denver!
Yeeeeaaaahhh.. Only place in Denver. Taking a half day off work.
Either Fionn Maccools in Fishers, IN or I’ll head downtown Indy to Claddagh or Chatham Tap. I’ll call Moe and Johnny’s to see if they’ll have it on.
I’ll be secretly streaming it from my desk with the sound down low enough so I don’t get caught.
I’ll be conducting a conference call with an audit client of mine who has a 8/14 deadline while watching the match on the internet at the same time…
Los Angeles:
Cock N’ Bull 2947 Lincoln Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405
Trinity Hall, Dallas Texas
I’m pretty sure justin.tv will have a feed for the game. I would be surprised if someone on that website didn’t have the game.
I’m watching the game at my home.
leaving work early and watching the game at home
Anyone know of a good place at the jersey shore to watch the game? I’m thinking of going to charlie’s in sommers point, anyone been there for a bats game?
Can the game be seen online for free? Where would I have to go?
Monument Square Garden in Richmond, VA.
In a rundown barricks at fort lee in virginia, on a beat up laptop in my bunk under the covers so I don’t get caught violating lights out.
Anyone know the best place to go in the Cleveland/Shaker Area?
George & Dragon Pub
Seattle, WA
Its in Mexico and his name is Pedro Gomez, thats the best conclussion I can come up with. Then again ESPN managed to lose the rights to the Champions League, though they have redemed themselves slightly by getting partial rights to the EPL.
DYCSoccer17 – Thanks for the Buffalo tip! I’ll check it out!
