  1. Ives – I suppose that’s true, but maybe consider listing them anyway. Especially after I’ve seen the support they’re showing CD9, they’re becoming a favorite team here for many in US.

  2. P.S. I am going to start a “Bring Freidel Back” movement for the MNT. He has been solid (aside from what he was doing when Drogba hit that 35 yard shot last weekend).

Also Ives, the reply link is broken, at least it won’t work for me.

  3. BIG game for Stade Rennes against 1st place Montpellier.

I hope Freddy gets on the pitch.

Jozy needs to start, one man Hasselink up top is piss poor. Jozy and Hasselink up top together is berry nice.

    DeMarcus who?

    So Whitbread is healthy again?

I’m baffled Edu is still rehabbing, it feels like he has been rehabbing forever. He was hurt at the end of May, so as of next week it’ll be 5 months. Will we see him before Christmas?

  4. Ives,

    1) How about just listing all of the injured players at the end of a section like this, as we all know that Edu, Jones, Gooch, etc are not available for awhile.

    2) Is Beasley’s career officially over? Does he ever even dress? Play with the reserves at least? It’s sad for one of our formerly bright stars to go out like this…

  5. Samuel (Sammy) Ochoa should be included in your list of Yanks Abroad players and updates. He plays for Estudiantes Tecos (formerly known as Tecos UAG) in Mexico’s first division. He has made 4 appearances with the 1st team this season. He played in the 2005 U-20 World Cup with the USA team.

    Estudiantes Tecos play Toluca today.

  6. Jozy ENTERED the game in the 68th minute Monday.

90-68=22. That would be 22 minutes plus stoppage time, unless you do your subtraction another way?
