Inter Milan's lead atop Serie A was cut to four points on Saturday after Claudio Marchisio notched a second-half winner as Juventus scored a vital 2-1 victory in Turin.

What did you think of Juventus' win? Think the referee had a bad day, or are you not buying Inter's complaints about the officiating? Do you see AC Milan or Juve catching Inter in the Serie A standings?

  1. Great game. Juve had so much fight and energy. I don’ watch a lot of serie A, but I could not leave my chair at all during the action. Great skill from both teams and terrific intensity. I didn’t see any issues with the refs other than maybe a few close offsides calls.

  2. DC Josh…the haters will continue regardless of what you, me or anyone else says. Why? The names on the jerseys aren’t Anglo and the Anglo press will persist with putting them down. That being said…Marchisios goal was a nice piece of improvised skill.

  3. Italian soccer is marginally less boring than it’s been for the last umpteen years.

Then again DCJosh, just cuz Italy’s national team finds success doesn’t mean that their style of play isn’t simply awful to watch…it usually is. Oh, and they’re dirty and divers…then there’s the match-fixing. Don’t forget the racism in the stands and violence too! Gotta love Italian football.
