A bevy of Europa League knockout stage matches are either taking place or have taken place today as it becomes more clear who will have the best chances at moving forward.

Atletico Madrid and Galatasaray's first-leg match will be shown on GOLTV at 3:05 p.m. (EST), and the following games are kicking off at the same time:

  • Athletic Bilbao-Anderlecht
  • FC Copenhagen-Marseille
  • Fulham-Shakhtar Donetsk
  • Hamburg SV-PSV Eindhoven
  • Hertha Berlin-Benfica
  • Liverpool-Unirea Urziceni
  • Panathinaikos-AS Roma

  1. Am I mistaken or did I see additional referees on the pitch during the Liverpool game today? I could swear that on the late in the game stretching run on the flanks that there was a referee in the box to the right of the goalie…

    Anybody? IS this is phenomenom in Europa League?
