  1. ’cause those fans are Guadalajara fans, not Chivas USA fans.
Kinda like the weirdo cousin in the family, no one likes him, but he’s your family.

  2. Why was CUSA unable to sign up enough defenders again? Bornstein at CB? I love the guy, but he should be outside going forward or in midfield…

  3. With Mlsnet.com, I was used to being able to keep track of the score during the game and see highlights less than an hour after the game ended. As of yet, Mlssoccer.com offers neither of these features! I’m ticked off!

  4. Just finished watching the game via DVR. I was very impressed with Wynne. He came through in some key situations. Plus I don’t think he has played center midfield too often. Cummings was all over the place and it was nice to see Clark on the pitch again.

  5. I’m glad I didn’t pay. Looks like the debut of MatchDay Live was a total disaster. People that paid became beta testers of microsuck silverlight. The ones that could sign in suffered freezes and crashes. Others can’t even use it. It’s not compatable with their system (linux/older macs). Unlike other years, foreigners not welcome. MLB tried silverlight for one year, and ended up dumping it. I guess MLS doesn’t care. I ended up watching the game on another web site.

  6. In post-game shots now — Thornton is a friggin wide load. Replays of the give-and-go with Cummings and Clark form midway through 2nd half make it look like Cummings was actually trying to trap down and set up his own shot but Clark just run in front of him and took it. HMM. ok less credit to Cummings but he was still the most dangerous player on the field today.

  7. Well, I liked that Colorado looked more like the home team there. Maybe I’ll give them more interest now, seeing as I live in Denver.

  8. CUSA throws everyone fwd for a free kick looking to get a head on a cross. Instead Jazic takes a square ball and blasts a low shot form 40 yards. Mind boggling.

  9. At least 3 times now Padilla just keeps dribbling until dispossessed – fails to lift up his head and look for a pass. Weak.

  10. 5 min to go Chivas seems a little spent. Chijindu shoots from 35 yards. Announcers like it, but as someone else would say, “never going to trouble the keeper from that distance.”

  11. Why would CUSA fans TP their own goal at this point? Odd. Bornstein seemed to get a long streamer caught on his foot for a while.

  13. Another quick surge form COL that’s 3 in the last 5 minutes after sitting back for about 15-20. CUSA now holding about 30-40 yards out but the looping crosses from out wide aren’t good enough.

  14. Another dangerous counter from COL and Clark plays a beautiful cross to Cummings but his shot goes wide. Now CUSA subs Chucky Chijindu in for Galindo.

  15. Bornstein’s brain fart sets up a quick break the the way. But they can’t get a shot on goal. Oh… Johnny B, that’s not helping MNT fans to like you.

  16. COL is sitting back and challenging Chivas to try to find a way through. So far they can’t. Lahoud had a few nice attacks, but he’s out now. Nothing much contributed from the subs Braun and Padilla.
