  2. palermo wont be there. he’ll be trying to make argentina’s world cup squad. word is that maradona and riquelme are patching things up, so juan roman might not make it either.

  3. There is conjecture in the L.A. Times after the announcement that Beckham will miss the MLS season (and maybe the playoffs) that the Galaxy may be shopping for another DP. This is not to replace Beckham, who has a contract until 2011, but to replace Donovan, whom is speculated will be sold to Everton. Big names mentioned included Raul and Ronaldihno, but it seems that the Galaxy would get a glimpse of a far better player in Riquelme when Boca Jrs play at the HDC. Are they Sizeing him up for a Galaxy kit?

  5. I hope some MLS executive keeps Riquelme around. Don’t really care what team he ends up at. Just want to see some top talent in the league. DC United would be my preference but it doesn’t really matter.

  6. you’re joking but they probably are. they are sucking massive orbs right now, but then again, the galaxy will be missing the Don and probably Buddle and maybe one or two other guys. Boca is an incredibly overrated team anyways.
